Their family room was spacious and comfortable, they supply good enough towels, shampoo, drinking water and their delicious in-house coffee and milk tea too. We enjoy their good breakfast with opening ceremonies by Sunway Lost World group too. Definitely will come back again when we are free. Definitely good for family and friends come in a big group. Lastly, we really enjoy our fun times in Lost World Water park and their very very interesting small Zoo with full of animals. My kids like it so much.

Brilliant room! We booked a family suite and were shocked at how big it is! Plenty of room for the kids to play, full size fridge and even a sliding door between the 2 single beds and the double which meant we could watch a film whilst the kids slept without disturbing them. The staff were great and really helpful. Parking is convenient and the check in/out process was efficient and easy. Loved that bathrobes and slippers were provided for use in the room too!

Information should be provided on how to check-in at the villa. The guests need to be directed to Sunway Lost World Hotel first. Then wait for the arrangement of the buggy. The staff at Lost World Hotel and The Villa are very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up for them.

-Most important of all, staff is at the glamping buggy car counter there is over friendly, very kind and helpful, because of them my stay very comfortable, please give them bonus for their excellence performance -Breakfast is simple but acceptable -Feels like VIP when you stay inside glamping -The sightseeing, environment, nature and the river fish, i purposely sit car go out market buy food for the fishes
